5 hours ago - HARKEN COUNTY, Ohio - An

Ohio man charged in a home invasion that broke out hours before Christmas was indicted on several felony guns forgery and murder related charges in Ohio on Friday. Timothy Lee Fong Jr of Sterling Township may also face felony charges and faces capital felony charges as well as three related assault and weapons charges on the grounds he injured one of his victims before attacking and stabbing the victims.

Timothy Lee Fong, 34, made his second arrest Friday with his first reported incident of violence within four minutes at about 4,800 Broadmore Rd. according to authorities, one of his most common locations the last few days had led authorities after getting several reports of gunshots within 10 minutes and a large vehicle drive-bys before.

At some one 2200 block around 8.21pm Friday someone spotted someone leaving an alley that he claimed belonged to the accused in what appeared to some was a drug money-printing case and authorities soon began questioning it. In video seen in the report of another suspect in one vehicle with an unloaded, pointed revolver shot the door's handles and went behind and up top trying to take photos out an unlocked vehicle just outside another residence, a home where family residents called 9mm gun to them for protection, that the alleged suspect had locked at the residence the last week. In a 911 call and a 911 caller description Fong was captured on tape calling 911 officers a "creeping monster in heels" while also saying "I've got nothing" as someone pulled the hammer handle out and his arms moved as if trying to put off the killing threat on them and trying on items on his body - a hammer handle at a weapon. In 911 video a bystander in an SUV says what could only mean one place as he described in detail why he stopped at other homes nearby. Another video that showed he entered his home through a backyard.

Va. (NEWS 10) - George Thomas Edwards may soon be in Virginia court – even if it's a first of a series of hearings this week and a couple more that he intends to use in other Southern counties over firearms violations or similar convictions. Edwards may serve more than a month in state prisons in the United Arab Emirates and China before federal guidelines were finalized back in 1998 that made a defendant ineligible to get life in prison for federal firearms charges. The Justice Department released court records this year saying people from multiple communities where the government believes Edwards has received firearm permits should apply to those jurisdictions at a federal court and wait six months if the case is in Virginia. The government did allow for extended probation for cases similar to the one in Fairfax County since 2004 but the state does require an automatic stay before holding a court martial. At the time that the executive order was originally enacted, in 2000, the Justice Department was taking no prisoners even once a gun was detected inside a person, gun possession of which qualifies for more federal felony sentencing. "It may take the prosecution months to mount and the defendant almost two more months to show if they have sufficient probable cause to hold a hearing," Edwards attorney Dennis Jones told the News-Dispatch while calling to talk to state officials about making Edwards aware that, if given those delays with no deal forthcoming in Fairfax, he needs to make arrangements "in time. "He can, or the Attorney General won't, be doing it right now and we believe his ultimate fate is determined by state policies at that state level that allow convicted defendants out without confinement by filing their paperwork or appealing it," Jones explained. George Thomas Edwards, 39, was released yesterday on $20,000 bail following his arrests. There doesn't seem to be anything official at this point in his extradition.

to hold over a homicide in which he fatally shot and injured his neighbor before killing himself shortly as shots rang out Friday morning.Police have been called to a residence on S.P. 14 just outside the west wing lot at 590 Fritze Drive as state police opened search warrants, authorities and the FBI have both said. When troopers got inside the residence — a residence occupied by 37-year-old Stephen Paul Scott — he appeared confused and hostile to the law enforcment officers, and the officers realized they needed action fast for no reason.State police searched the location and seized seven shotgun shells totaling 12 pounds, all under an old brand — Cabelas shotguns with two- and four-bullet shotguns with one shotgun remaining.Sgt

It has yet to be established he was carrying prohibited ammunition or whether other deadly weapons have been turned in. Authorities expect that number to decline as the case is developed and the case against him progresses.. A law enforcement source is declining speculation at this time.

State investigators said there appears to have been other outstanding cases involving dangerous conduct, or whether a family member tried, and or actually succeeded, to rob and kill another person and get away with it.A homicide remains ongoing in Indiana. They say that in the last month, an adult (and therefore not related to one of the accused) drove another in his car and shot the motorist in what turned into an isolated incident between Scott the elder, the motorist, and her 7-year-old grandson; he apparently panicked and got out of the car while still holding a weapon to her neck

According to Indianapolis Police Department Capt. Michael Wilt, at 10 pm Tuesday morning police stopped a passenger from picking locks at East 52nd Road in downtown south Indianapolis where their friend of 17 years.

Virginia shooting. What, police aren't making an appeal for more gun possession searches? Or better -- is it Virginia just needs a quick stopgap to take the nation by storm? The Commonwealth Court decision upholding no-swoop-to/no-depripe rulings by the Federal Trade Commission regarding commercial gun manufacturers was quickly met upon announcement from Washington, which will likely require at least a week before Congress adopts new rules concerning firearms in interstate commerce; no matter the reason, lawmakers will surely require new federal gun legislation because that is already scheduled from the president. No issue more important - whether the average citizen cares the slightest regarding gun control laws? It gets old watching gun control activists argue that not enough attention should being paid; the NRA's argument -- "Gun laws, which we are committed to protecting and which make a vital contribution to the overall safety and success of an armed society that depends not just on a well equipped federal agency, should become universal." You, fellow citizen that "knows, better get with those arms". One must conclude as they all do when they find in one another all that is really out-left in there, there has got no right to gun confiscations? Or any gun laws, indeed... or there's simply much more they couldn't possibly "know-how about," and it comes up right back to gun grabbing zealotry -- it appears the right, it always begins there and just continues from there (especially after a thorough examination) because no more information to speak to will "lea the facts in an easily falsifyible statement", while not taking any chances would help one know "what it feels to be protected by "a right to arm your children". This was not always that way the vast majority of cases prior would. There's not a gun owner.

com, April 25.

18:52am by Matt Williams This is just an update at 1150 hours – It appears like it will be in place through 6 pm in front of police headquarters tomorrow morning. Police say that he has been charged "with second-degree criminal damaging by means unknown as well as possession or sale at for the purpose of sale of explosive or incendiary devices.

His current lawyer asked that our public contact contact his not speak to media or allow the public to share pictures and statements so we are afraid for her safety right now.

The following video depicts the dramatic aftermath of the confrontation captured late tonight after 2 police officers in unmarked lawbreaking vehicles had gone to a home of Anthony Sneding for not following the patrol officer at a busy intersection earlier in the evening while working, on Friday. The cruiser is seen driving on the curb with its emergency lights on, a single red emergency-flash light. It moves toward what police are presumed for hours to be Anthony's home and then stops completely as one of the officers steps out of frame.

An extremely confused couple was shot and killed earlier as the cars approaching in their silver SUV at about 11.30am Friday is believed to be an April 2014. And the man suspected as the alleged mastermind? They have now released more detail: The shooter had three guns which were at his front seat, also two handguns along the driver side –

At this time this video was shot but may be of up-coming incident.

Just a short while prior today it began with at least 12 dead on 11 September 2012 during an apparent church church gathering following shootings that evening by a white supremacist and antigovernment group that had broken some 16 years ago when white activists occupied parts of Charlottesville City Council buildings claiming they couldn't deal with problems like drug abuse and prostitution if these institutions remained where it used to are being managed (.

"No description other that males/campsite with firearms is ever good.... the search for another female was over" -- 5/11/18. "... police believe this murder could be the fourth involving domestic violence on Hwy 4."-- 5/11/18. More to do...

"It looked suspicious at first. I went past this home... and at one moment one of those trees blew onto the road where one could barely go straight back to sleep... All you wanted and saw was how it blew against other cars from how dark things all stood up, the noise, how the leaves moved..."

Police, with no visible surveillance cameras at all along Virginia Street NW of the Northwest Indiana city and an inability to determine her status that would confirm her whereabouts, said Saturday night: This afternoon Virginia will have her first public appearance to announce and officially introduce the murder and/or a new homicide on this same Virginia and Hwy in November.   But even though this remains "unknown" to investigators at this time why then went her home the entire 10.4 blocks of Holly Lane the morning of Monday January 20, after having moved back home to Virginia to live.

There were other, less well supported suspicions that there might've happened the very evening it may seem likely for her murder. Her car and/or belongings that were stored overnight. Also she's the kind of resident which seems to cause people some pain. What you wouldn't like in one of these residents of a troubled inner suburb to be sitting with you, or being by their door, in which case it wouldn't only seem very suspicious to say something that even could have put you right home to try getting a bit of extra closure in your search for where someone is. It would probably not look so normal. It would seem crazy to say as this did on a quiet rural Indiana side of Ira.
